Style: Seriocomedy

Setting: In the outside and inside of the BMOG Art Museum, the outside and inside of a building with a facade of a house, and a living room. The setting is representational.


KT, a robust male in his forties, plays: a prison guard & nterrogator; a museum patron; and a potential & an actual BMOG museum member.

SAMSA , an attractive woman in her thirties, plays: a ticket seller & docent; older half sister to Carmel; a potential & an actual BMOG museum member; and an art trespasser.

RITCHIE, a slight man in his thirties, plays: a museum guard, Carmel’s boyfriend, and a BMOG museum member.

CARMEL a pretty woman in her twenties, plays: a prisoner, an artist, and a piece of art.

Plot Summary: The play explores the humanity of the visual artist, Carmel, who is both conflicted and soothed by the effects of museum critics and family on her as she completes a painting.
